Jacksonville, Florida
   Home
to more than one million people. Water is everywhere, with the St. Johns River as the focal point downtown and the Atlantic Ocean just minutes away. There's plenty to do while you're here.

History buffs visit the many historical landmarks that stretch from Amelia Island in the north to St. Augustine in the south. Families find an array of attractions, including the expansive white-sand beaches, both fun and exciting. Music fans take in live performances at a variety of venues. Sports enthusiasts who want a break from watching our professional teams can indulge in a round of golf at one of the area's world-famous courses or a tennis match on one of the country's best courts.

Evening activities abound as well, with Off-Broadway productions and dinner theaters, fine dining and micro-breweries, and our world class symphony, to name a few.

All in all, Jacksonville offers something for everyone. An ideal climate (October temperature range 80 degrees mid day high and 59 degrees evening low), plenty of outdoor activities, a blossoming arts community and energetic nightlife make Jacksonville the natural choice for business and leisure. Whatever interests you, Jacksonville has something for every visitor.

Smooth Sailing and we'll see you at the reunion,   Steve Silk
